Lucy Moss is a documentary photographer currently obtaining a photography BA(Hons) degree at York St John university. Her work engages with the public through her use of street photography to document strangers illuminating their daily lifestyle. She works in urban situations, discovering everyday narratives giving a broad view of social life and interaction. Creating images of relatable scenarios to emerge a sense of comfort with her audience.
She has also worked in a fine art capacity notably whilst participating in a funded project by York teaching hospital (2023), providing calming images for patient spaces. Product photography is also an interest, Lucy hopes to move into more PR and media work in the future.
